CORPORATE SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM

Corporate sponsorship of the Legacy High School Band Program is integral to the financial well-being of the budget supporting the opportunities that can be afforded participating students in any given year. Corporate sponsorship contributions go directly into the LHS Band Booster’s general fund.  This fund either supplements or pays entirely for items including band instructor compensation, equipment purchase, maintenance costs, transportation expenses, insurance, competition/registration fees, printing and much more. 

The LHS Band Corporate Sponsorship Program offers four levels of participation:  Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum.  Each level is based on the amount of contribution and offers varying exposure and amenities.

Some of the exposure opportunities a corporate sponsor might receive is as follows:

• Bi-Monthly Newsletters—Legacy Bands produce a bi-monthly newsletter that parents and students read faithfully, as it keeps them up-to-date on upcoming band events, rehearsals and performance schedules. (Approx. 300 per school year)

• Performance Program—Legacy Bands produce a program for each school performance event that is considered a keepsake.

• Band Website—The Legacy Website is the heart of the communication within the program and is a vital source for anyone who wishes to know more about the program (Average 1163 Unique Visitors and 2928 Visits per month).

• Band Show Shirts—The director, each student, and most parents, have a show shirt that is worn at all band events and throughout the year.  Corporate sponsors in the Silver category and above are listed on these shirts providing immense community exposure. (Approx. 300 per school year)

•  Band Trailer—The band equipment trailer goes to every show.  The eye catching detailing on this trailer attracts attention at the event, as well as, on the road as it transports all the performing necessities.  This exposure amounts to tens of thousands of people.  Gold and Platinum sponsors may have their name/logo on this moving billboard.

• Misc.--  The LHS band sponsors and/or participates in many different types of venues throughout the year including car washes, bingo games, school sporting events, school activities, daily practices, community parades, various fund raising events and much more.  These attract hundreds to thousands of people.
